Babes on Baffin is coordinated by and only possible with the help of numerous volunteers. Hundreds of hours are dedicated behind the scenes to ensure the tournament is fun and successful.  We are so thankful for each and every volunteer that goes above and beyond to help secure sponsorships, sort supplies, stuff bags, help us move boxes, and set up the venue to make Babes on Baffin come to life every year.  There’s so much planning and coordinating that goes into the tournament. We spend months planning every detail of the weekend and hope everyone enjoys the event.  Our volunteers are passionate about putting on the best women’s fishing tournament possible and raising awareness for coastal conservation in the process. We work together for a common cause– we are all passionate about the conservation of natural resources in the Gulf of Mexico.
